The below was an April Fools’ Day joke, poorly executed and likely in bad taste (hey, that’s sort of like the rest of the internet…)

I’m sure some of you played Jesus and enjoyed it. But I changed some fundamentals of the game to avoid controversy.
See, this is the true face of Jesus.
As shown in the original translation, which I threw out. I was mostly concerned about the reaction of the particularly religious, which would not appreciate a new take on the resurrection of Christ. See, in the original, Jesus descends from heaven once again to do battle with the evil bio-monsters, who are aided by none other than the Prince of Lies himself.

When you have a game named Jesus, you pretty much have to do something like this.
I just wish they still had that spoof review for Jesus on GameFAQs. Lots of funny stuff in that one.
